Theresa is our office manager at Hair Restoration Institute of the Hudson Valley. She oversees the daily operations, supervises the staff, and takes care of the responsibilities that keep things flowing smoothly. Theresa takes care of all your billing and insurance questions.


She joined us in October of 2015 and brings more than 12 years of experience in medical coding and billing and managerial work. She loves to see our patients reach their goals through our hair restoration procedures.


Her compassion and devotion help build the Hair Restoration Institute of the Hudson Valley family. She lives by the philosophy, "Treat patients the way you would like to be treated yourself."

Registered Nurse

Maria is a registered nurse who graduated in 2017. After working as a patient care assistant and phlebotomist, she worked in medical-surgical nursing, oncology, telemetry, telehealth, and infusion therapy. She joined Dr. Silverman in early 2019 as an IV infusion therapist.


Maria loves her career, and she brings compassion to every interaction with patients. Outside of the office, she is a wife and mother of five who loves to spend time with her family.

Riguel Jasbon

Riguel Jasbon

LE, CME, CLT

Riguel is a licensed medical esthetician in New York, and she has more than 17 years of experience. She graduated from The Florida College of Natural Health with an Associate of Science in Medical Esthetics.


She's gotten additional training as a graduate of the National Laser Institute of Dallas, TX. She received intense training in multiple laser modalities, including laser skin rejuvenation, intense pulse light, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, and laser safety protocols.


Riguel is a native of Florida, and she relocated to Upstate New York in July of 2020. She loves our mountains, parks, gardens, trails, and hiking sites. She regularly volunteers to provide local disaster relief during Florida's hurricane season.
